repeatedly crashes during saves on 10.10 with no response from support

I am a longtime user of Amadeus Pro and for the last several months the app has been crashing consistently when saving. About 80% of the time the save completes before the app crashes, but having lost my last hour of work on a deadline I’m taking a moment to warn away other potential customers.

I contacted HairerSoft twice with this issue and received no reply whatsoever. Meanwhile the app hasn’t been updated for a year. I don’t have an alternate recommendation, but save your money and buy something else.
